Life changes, career transitions, emotional overwhelm and a late ADHD diagnosis can leave you questioning who you are and why certain things feel so difficult.
Counselling provides a safe, confidential space to pause, talk openly and make sense of your experiences without judgement or pressure to have everything figured out.
You do not need to wait until things reach crisis point to seek support.
My approach is compassionate, person-centred, strengths-based and ADHD-aware.
I believe counselling is not about fixing you or telling you what to do. It is about creating a space where you can speak honestly, develop a deeper understanding of yourself and explore what you need in order to move forward.
As a level 1-qualified counsellor and ACA member, I work collaboratively and respectfully, tailoring sessions to your individual experiences, needs and pace.
Where ADHD is part of your experience, you will not be expected to explain or defend the way your brain works. Our conversations can explore the emotional and practical impact of ADHD while recognising your strengths, capabilities and lived experience.
Counselling and coaching can both support meaningful change, but they serve different purposes.
If you are unsure which approach is right for you, a complimentary discovery call gives us an opportunity to discuss what you are navigating and identify the most appropriate starting point.
Counselling provides space to explore emotional challenges, understand experiences and process what is happening in your life.
Coaching is generally more future-focused, helping you clarify goals, develop practical strategies and take action towards a desired outcome.
VDK Consultancy Services is not a crisis or emergency service.
